These Saddles are the closest a cowboy can get to a custom-made saddle, but without the custom cost. McCall Saddles are handcrafted in the heart of the west for the working cowboy, by cowboys. Over 45 years of combined experience in saddle design, construction and customer satisfaction - along with a real knowledge of cowboy needs - goes into each McCall saddle. Our saddle makers begin with a handmade rawhide covered tree, uniquely designed and built just for us. Each tree has a solid, long-grain lodge pole pine bar and cantle, with a laminated fork. The woods are then bullhide covered, deer-rawhide laced and nailed - no staples are used. We use high quality leather skirting, U.S. made hardware and dees, genuine Blevins buckles, and oak galvanized bound stirrups. All skirts are lined with genuine ¾” bark-tanned wool.
