I custom ordered my saddle from Jacksons Western Store Asheville NC. This saddle rides like a dream. I've had mine 19 months and have approx 500 comfortable hours in it. I ride as long as 5.5 hours on trails at a time and I couldn't do this on any other brand with the same comfort. At the end of the ride I don't have any knee or hip pain as I do in other brands.
